Easy flooring solution for new business centre
Metal-web joists are a versatile and flexible method of installing floors in steel-framed buildings and S J Whinney Construction has used our joists in a major project at Lanswoodpark business centre, Elmstead Market, Colchester.
Phase II of the business centre comprises a total of 28,000 square feet of office space. The centre already houses a national training facility, a care service, an international head office and an environmental consultation company.
500 easi-joists were required for the latest phase, allowing quick and simple installation of services and the project is progressing rapidly.
We have also supplied EGGER Protect flooring panels. These high grade particleboards have a permanent, weather resistant surface on the top and underside, resisting moisture and allowing direct tiling if required. The boards are also suitable for underfloor heating.
